Two Reasons To Boost Dietary Supplement

Two Tips On Why You Should Boost Dietary Supplement

1/ Our fast paced society forces us to eat “fast” foods.

2/ We are farming the nutrients out of our natural produce.

At the front end of our food delivery, cafes, resteraunts etc, we as a consumer want our food delivered quickly. The only way this can be done in a manner that still tastes OK is to use highly processed foods full of preservatives.

Obviously the down side is a drop in the nutritional value of the meal. Most of the outlets serving fast foods now have their “Light” meals. Sure at least they have reduced the fat content, but that does not always convert into high in nutritional value

At the back end where our natural foods and produce are grown and cultivated, we are also useing methods to shorten the turnaround time. The end result is that the produce has a depleted level of nutritional value.

If we look at the humble potatoe. In the course of the past 50 years, it no longer contains any Vitamin A, It now only has 43% of the vitamin C and iron, and 72% of its calcium.

So with just these two issues creaping in to our daily diet, you may think you are eating well and getting all the vitamins and minerals you need, when in fact you are not.

You can solve this problem by cultivating your own veggy patch or researching where you can buy “home grown” veggies. Or you can boost dietry supplement by adding a multiviatmin product suited to your sex, age and any special requirements you might have.

Interestingly, the medical fraternity is beginning to advise to boost dietary supplement with vitamins and minerals as a part of a healthy diet, whereas in the past most would shy away from advising the need to supplement a healthy diet.
